Audience measurement
The site uses Umami, an analytics tool installed on the server that hosts this website. Umami is only loaded after you agree, in the banner shown on your first visit. If you refuse, no analytics script is loaded and the site remains fully usable. The booking portal and personal spaces do not load this tool.
Your choice is kept for 12 months in a cookie named rgpd_consent. You can change it at any time: the banner will appear again.
The statistics show visits to public pages in a private dashboard. They do not include appointment codes, personal links or URL query strings and fragments. They are not displayed to visitors. Visits without consent are not counted.
What the site does not do
- No pixel and no advertising tracking.
- Fonts are hosted on the site: no IP address is sent to a font service.
Contact and booking
For an initial appointment request, you can choose a time slot on the booking portal or email me from the Contact page. The form asks for your first name, surname and email address to arrange the appointment. These details are encrypted with my S/MIME certificate before being sent to me by email. They are not entered into Google Calendar. Please do not include clinical information in the form or in emails.
If I have sent you a personal link, your space on visio.remypotier.com lets you view availability, book and manage appointments. This link gives access to your space: keep it private and do not forward it.
The booking service is hosted by OVHcloud. It records an appointment code, date, time, status and, when needed, a session link in Google Calendar. It does not enter your name, email address or message content into the calendar.
Your space displays confirmed appointments still held in the calendar from the past six months. This history does not establish that a session actually took place. Six months is the display period, not a retention period or an automatic deletion schedule.
I update the payment status manually. It is stored in the appointment’s private properties in Google Calendar. This record contains no amounts or bank details. Cancellations made through this space are also retained and shown separately from active appointments; they release the time slot.
Providing an email address in your personal space is optional. It is used to send appointment information and confirmations through OVH email. Messages remain in recipients’ mailboxes and may be retained by their email providers.
Exception requests
The “Request an exception” form lets you contact me about changing an appointment, including with less than 24 hours’ notice. Please describe only the requested change, without medical details.
The text passes through the booking service, which encrypts it with my S/MIME certificate before sending it to me by email. It is not saved in a booking database or in the application log. The received email contains the encrypted attachment; its subject includes the appointment code and date. Copies of that email may remain in mailboxes. Sending a request does not change the appointment without my agreement.
Video sessions
I provide connection details and practical information before the session. I do not record consultations. Video calls require technical connection data: the absence of a recording does not mean that no technical data is processed.
If you write to me, I use your address and your message only to reply to you. For a supervision request, do not include any information that could identify a person you work with.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port the data concerning you. To exercise these rights, write to me through the contact page on this site.
